Delivery
Products are immediately shipped from our warehouse after checkout. EU delivery is around 3-5 working days. Worldwide deliveries might take longer depending on the region.
Returns
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
Conditions: The product must be unused, unworn and in original packaging, including labels or accessories. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Loss of value due to customer action may be deducted from the refund.
We do not offer exchanges. You must return and place a new order.
No returns allowed for customers outside the EU.
If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time, always before 20 days. EU customers benefit from the legal guarantee.
