Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully this terms and conditions as they will be applicable to your purchase.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We only accept order by customers 18 years old or order. Customers under legal adult age in it’s countries are not allowed to place orders in our website.

We reserve the right to refuse, reduce or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or misuse of the website.

An order is only considered accepted once you receive a shipping confirmation or the product delivery.

2. Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in the website currency and include VAT for EU customers where applicable.

For customers outside the EU, prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes, which are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Various payment methods are available at the time of purchase.

In case of any mistake in price (for example, a clearly incorrect price due to a typo or technical error), we will contact you with the correct price. If the correct price is higher and you do not agree to pay it, we will cancel your order and refund any amounts paid. We are not obliged to provide products at an incorrect (lower) price if the error is obvious. If you see a price under 25€ please contact us before placing any order as it might be an error.

3. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We use 3rd party couriers to deliver the product to the customer, therefore we don’t have full control over the delivery date. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or force majeure.

Transfer of Risk: For EU consumers, risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once you (or a person indicated by you) have physically received the goods, in line with EU law. Please inspect your order immediately. If any damage on the box or package is visible, please take pictures before opening it as it can be a proof that the product might have been damaged during transportation, which will be needed to proceed with the corresponding claim.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Any free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly indicated and typically apply to standard delivery within certain regions. For non-EU shipments, higher shipping fees may apply.

Customs and Import: As noted, if you order from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility. If you refuse the shipment due to customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping or import costs we incur from any refund (or refuse a refund if the package is abandoned).

Incorrect Address: Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal, we may charge you for any re-delivery costs or treat the order as canceled (with refund minus shipping costs). If the product is delivered to the address provided by the customer we will consider it properly delivered despite the fact that the customer might have been entered a wrong address.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and in original packaging. Including labels or accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.
  • Any loss of value due to handling may be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

No returns will be accepted without authorization – unauthorized returns may be returned to sender or destroyed, and no refund given.

We do not offer exchanges. You must return and place a new order.

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., a hat custom embroidered to your specifications) are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal once made, as allowed by law.

Sale Items: As far as permitted by law, we may designate some clearance or “final sale” items as non-returnable. If an item is marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns" on our website at the time of purchase, then no returns or exchanges will be accepted for that item (except if it is defective). This does not affect your rights regarding faulty products.

5. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union:

All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds, except in case of defective or incorrect items properly proven by the customer.

We do not accept international returns for change of mind, size, or preference.

6. Defective Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within a reasonable time, always before 20 days.

EU customers benefit from the legal guarantee (2–3 years depending on country).
Our obligation is limited to repair, replacement or refund, as required by law.

Normal wear, misuse or damage caused by the customer is not covered.

Our products are fashion items so they are not entitled for professional use or sports use. If the product presents wear and tear due to it’s usage it will not be considered suitable for a return or total or partial refund.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that result from using our site or products. This includes, for example, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any damage that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract was formed.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
  • Liability Cap: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our services or products is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service. We will at most refund or replace the product in question as described in these terms.
  • Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.
  • We do not guarantee the website to properly work or to be always available. It can contain errors.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS. Please avoid kids of any age to use, play or interact with them. Our products are fashion items so you should not expect any performance, benefit or capability from them further than improving your style.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.

8. Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer service trough the website form. Please provide your name, contact information, order number (if applicable), and a clear description of your concern.

We will try to resolve disputes amicably before any legal action.

Spanish official consumer complaint forms are available upon request.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the city of Girona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

10. Final Provisions

Changes to Terms: We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in law or our business practices). The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your order will govern that purchase. If you continue to use the website or purchase products after updates, you will be deemed to accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes, you should stop using the website. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full effect. An unenforceable clause will be interpreted, if possible, in a way that best reflects the original intent within the limits of the law.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Any waiver of rights on one occasion shall not imply a waiver of any other rights or of the same right on another occasion.

Transfer: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another legitimate entity (for example, if our business is sold or restructured), provided that your rights are not adversely affected. You will be notified of any such assignment where required by law. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our site (which are incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and purchase of products. They supersede any prior agreements or communications.
