Hey! We're cool you're thinking about grabbing something from Homenage. Let’s clear things up:

Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship WORLDWIDE. If you’re living on a remote island in the middle of the Pacific or next to an active volcano… maybe hit us up through the contact form before placing your order 😅 But if your city has roads, a hospital, and a postal service, you’re good to go.
How long does delivery take?
We don’t like waiting either. Orders are processed - FAST - and usually delivered in: Spain, France, Portugal, Andorra: 3–5 business days. Rest of EU: around 5–7 business days. Outside EU: a bit longer (depends on customs & location). We work with external couriers, so delays can occasionally happen but we always do our best to keep things moving so all is under control.
I didn’t receive a confirmation or dispatch email
First rule: don’t panic. If you’ve paid, your order is most likely on its way. Check your spam folder (yeah… it happens). Still nothing? Hit us through the contact form with: Your email Name Order number (if you have it) We’ve got you.
Do you restock your inventory?
Short answer: mostly no, sometimes yes. Our seasonal pieces (the coolest ones) are not restocked. Once they’re gone… they’re gone. We do have a selection of Core styles that are usually restocked — although some may eventually be discontinued. So if you like something… don’t overthink it.
When are new drops released?
We usually release two main collections per year. But we like to keep things interesting so don’t be surprised if special projects and unexpected drops show up along the way. No fixed calendar. No predictable timing. Stay locked in through our email list and Instagram to catch what’s coming next.
Can I modify my order?
Sorry mate! once an order is placed, it can’t be modified. If you need to make a change, you’ll have to return the item, get a refund, and place a new order. Not ideal, we know… but it keeps things running smoothly on our side.
Can I get a refund?
Not feeling it? It happens (rare, but okay). EU customers: you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, clean, and in perfect condition (tags & packaging included) Return and first shipping costs are on you. Outside EU: returns are not available. CHECK TERMS & CONDITIONS PAGE.
When will I get my refund?
We’re not spending your money on beers, promise. Refunds usually take up to 3 weeks after we receive the item. Timing depends on shipping and processing and the item check. Good things take a little time.
Who pays for shipping?
You do… unless you feel like visiting our warehouse 😏 In some cases based on amount you can get free shipping!!
Who pays for return shipping?
Also you. (Yes, still the warehouse option stands.)
Who pays for import taxes, customs & duties?
Depends on where you live... EU customers: no extra fees, what you see is what you pay. Outside the EU: your country might charge import taxes, customs duties or other fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. We wish we could control it… but that’s between you and your local customs 😅
